About the Program
Sweden Balaji Devasthanam (SBD) is happy to launch a Yoga and Meditation program as part of our community well-being and cultural initiatives. This program aims to promote physical fitness, mental peace, and spiritual connection while supporting the temple.
Led by an experienced Yoga/Meditation teacher, the program is designed for all age groups and will cover:
